The Designer is not responsible for the performance, quality, installation, workmanship, safety, durability, code compliance, or suitability of any products, fixtures, finishes, materials, structural components, building systems, or work performed by contractors, trades, suppliers, manufacturers, or other third parties.
All recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation and are subject to Client verification. The Client is solely responsible for implementation, engaging qualified professionals, and verifying all measurements, site conditions, and technical requirements prior to construction or installation.
The Designer's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific consultation or block of hours.
